Thank you so much for supporting Marley’s Incredible Journey. Every order helps us share Marley’s story and support animal rescue initiatives. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your order.
Shipping Location
We ship all orders from Orangeville, Ontario, Canada.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days. During high-volume times (such as holidays or special launches), processing may take a bit longer. We will keep you informed of any delays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We currently ship within Canada, the United States, and select international destinations.
Estimated Delivery Times

Canada: 3 to 10 business days

United States: 5 to 12 business days

International: 7 to 21 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays, which are outside of our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside of Canada, customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges may be imposed by your local government. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We are not responsible for delays or fees caused by customs authorities. Please check with your country’s customs office to understand any applicable charges before placing your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Local Pickup
If you're local to Orangeville, we may offer a free contactless pickup option during select periods. If available, you’ll see this option at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
