We’re a small, purpose-driven shop, and every order supports the mission behind Marley’s Incredible Journey. That said, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products—particularly books, merchandise, and charitable goods—all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your order arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at marleysjourneybook@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund if needed.

Lost Orders

If your package doesn’t arrive within the expected delivery window and appears to be lost in transit, please reach out. We’ll work with the shipping carrier and do our best to make it right.

Gifts & Pre-Orders

If you’re purchasing as a gift or pre-ordering a book or product, please ensure shipping info is accurate. We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect address entry.
